Wave 2/Week 5/Day 1

SPEED & CONDITIONING  
At the Top of Every Minute for 12 Minutes complete 3 Speed Deadlifts @ 65% of your 1RM and 3 Burpee Lateral Jumps Over the Bar

STRENGTH - 30 Minute Time Cap
Work Up to a 2RM Axle Deadlift & a 1RM Keg Clean & Press
Between Attempts Complete:
10 Toes to Bar
40 Double Unders 

EVENTS  - Tire Flip Suicides  
Set Up 5 Tires of increasing weights 75 Feet away from the starting line.  At the command of Go, Athlete will sprint 75 Feet to the first (lightest) tire and flip it.  Then sprint back to the starting line.  Once they have touched the starting line, the Athlete will then turn and sprint to the second tire and flip it and return to the starting line.  Then they will sprint to the third and so on until all 5 Tires have been flipped. Time stops when the Athlete crosses the finish line after flipping the fifth and final tire.
