10 Rounds

Begin at a starting line with a 50lb Medicine Ball and a Prowler.
Perform 3 Medicine Ball Clean & Throws (Forward) in One Direction for max distance. 
Gator Walk back to the Prowler at the starting line.
Push Prowler (low Handles) to the medicine ball.
Perform 3 Backward (Over the shoulder) Medicine Ball throws in one direction for max distance.
Bear walk Back to the prowler.
Push Prowler (High Handles) to the Medicine Ball.
