Wave 1/Week 9/Day 4

STRENGTH
Take 25 Minutes to work up to a 1RM Overhead Squat

CONDITIONING - 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 reps of 
Barbell Snatch Directly into an overhead squat. 
*Barbell Starts on the floor.  Perform 1 snatch.  Once the barbell is in overhead position, complete 1 Overhead squat and return the bar to the ground.  That constitutes one repetition.  

EVENTS - 5 Rounds
In :60 Seconds
1 Axle Continental Clean & Press (Bodyweight on Axle)
1 Log Clean & Press (Bodyweight on Log)
Max Effort Circus Dumbbell Clean & Press (Each Rep must start from the floor)
*At the command of, "Go", quickly complete the axle press.  Then move onto the log.  Once you have performed the log press, move onto the circus dumbbell and complete as many reps as possible for the remainder of the minute.  Rest 3 Minutes between rounds.
