CONDITIONING - Deck of Cards Workout
Complete the number of reps corresponding with the number on the card.  Face cards = 10 Reps, Aces = 11.

SPADES: Pull-Ups
DIAMONDS: Goblet Squats
CLUBS: Kettlebell Swings
HEARTS: Hollow Rocks x2 (9 = 18 Hollow Rocks, 7 = 14 Hollow Rocks)

Then feel free to work on anything you feel you didn't hit sufficiently this week.
