At the Top of Every Minute For 10 Minutes Complete 3 Conventional Deadlifts @ 60% of your 1RM

STRENGTH - 6 Rounds
3 Axle Double Pause Deadlifts (Adding Weight Every Round)
8 Flat Bench Presses @ 70% of your 1RM
10 Ab Wheel Roll-Outs
Strict :90 Seconds or Rest Between Rounds
