Wave 2/Week 1/Day 5

STRENGTH - 3 Rounds
8 Squats @ 70% of your 1RM
8 Plate Around Head (Each Side)

STRENGTH - 6 Rounds
3 Weighted Pull-Ups
2 Standing Strict Military Presses @ 80% of your 1RM
10 Glute Ham Raises

EVENTS - 5 Rounds Atlas Stone Shuttle and Load for time
***Pick Up your Atlas Stone at the platform and Carry it (Bear Hug position) 50 Feet, turn and carry it back to the platform.  Once there, load it over a 52" Bar. Completing 3 carries/loads equates 1 Round.  Try to beat your previous time every Round.
