CONDITIONING - 3:00 Minutes Work/1:00 Rest for 4 Rounds
5 Pull-Ups
5 Dips
5 Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls
5 Burpee Lateral Jumps
5 Box Jumps

SPEED
At the Top of Every Minute for 10 Minutes Complete 3 Flat Bench Presses @ 60% of your 1RM

EVENTS - For 12 Minutes With a Partner
Partner A: 150 Foot Farmer's Walks (As Close to Bodyweight in Each Hand as possible)
Partner B: Max Effort Bodyweight ManMakers 
***At the command of "Go" Partner A will begin their 150 foot Farmer's Walk.  Partner B will complete as many Bodyweight ManMakers as possible in the time it takes Partner A to complete their walk.  Once Partner A carries the implements the full distance, both partners will switch positions.  Continue to do this for the entirety of the 12 Minutes. 

If you cannot find a partner for this, work on your social skills...Hahaha or you can choose to vacillate between the 150 Foot Farmer's and :30 Seconds of Bodyweight ManMakers between your walks
