2 Deadlifts @ 80% of your 1RM
10 Ab Wheel Roll-Outs
Strict :90 Seconds or Rest Between Rounds

ACCESSORY - As Many Rounds As Possible in 15 Minutes
3 Front Squats @ 70% of your 1RM
3 Axle Deadlifts or Farmer's Handle Deadlifts @ 70% of your 1RM
10 Reverse Hypers, Adding Weight Every Round
