***For the next 7 Days we will be testing 1 Rep Maxes.  I want you to be well rested for each workout, so training volume will be decreasing a bit.  Hopefully by the end of the week everyone will have some bigger numbers to base their percentages off of for the following 10 week wave of training that will start next Monday. Wave 1/Week 10/ Day 4 - Test Week

CONDITIONING - Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 12 Minutes
5 Pull-Ups
10 Dimel Deadlifts @ 35% of your 1RM
15 Bodyweight Squats

STRENGTH - You Have 40 Minutes to Find a 1RM Deadlift and a 1RM Overhead Press (Out of the rack)

Complete 1 Deadlift and 1 Overhead Press (Any variation you choose - Push Press, Strict Press, Jerk, Log, Axle, etc...) then add weight.  Continue to complete sets until you find your 1RM. 

ACCESSORY - As Many Reps As Possible In 12 Minutes of:
1 Sumo Deadlift @ 70% of your 1RM
