STRENGTH
At the Top of Every :90 Seconds for 6 Rounds, Complete 2 Conventional Deadlifts @ 87% of your 1RM.

ACCESSORY GIANT SET - 5 Rounds
3 Weighted Pull-Ups (Adding Weight Every Round)
2 Overhead Presses @ 85% of your 1RM
3 Double Pause Deadlifts (Adding Weight Every Round)
20 Medicine Ball Slams
Rest :90 Seconds between Rounds

CONDITIONING
9 Minutes of Weighted Walking Lunges (Holding a plate against your chest).  Overtime you put the plate down, complete 5 Buprees as a penalty.
