Double Unders x2 (10 = 20 DUs, 9 = 18 DUs, etc)
***300 Meter Run holding a medicine ball after every EVEN numbered round

SPEED 
At the Top of Every Minute for 12 Minutes, Complete 3 Deadlifts @ 65-70% of your 1RM.

STRENGTH GIANT SET - 5 Rounds, Adding Weight Every Round
3 Front Squats 
3 Farmer's Handle Deadlifts or Axle Deadlifts
10 Glute Ham Raise SIt-Ups
100 Foot Prowler Push
