STRENGTH
Set the crossbar 1-2 positions lower than you normally would.  Go through normal set-up and stand with the yoke.  Hold for 3 Seconds and put it back down.
10 Yoke Picks (Adding weight every round). 1 Minute rest between Rounds.

EVENTS
10, 100 Foot Yoke Walks @ 70% of your 1RM
