10 Wide Grip Pull-Ups
10 Plyo Push-Ups onto 24" Boxes
Run 300 Meters holding a Medicine ball

STRENGTH - 4 Rounds
8 Flat Bench Presses @ 70% of your 1RM on the Bar
1:00 Heavy weighted plank between rounds

ACCESSORY - 4 Rounds
Max Effort Single Arm Kettlebell Rows (Go heavier than you want to)
5 Log Incline Bench Press
10 knees to Elbows

EVENTS - Sets a clock for 10 minutes.  In that time complete at many Atlas Stone loads over a 54"Bar (44" for women).
