1c. 3 Log Clean & Presses (1 Clean / 3 Presses)

ACCESSORY GIANT SET: 3 Rounds, Adding Weight Every Round
1a. 1- 6 Second Pause Front Squat (6 Count pause in the hole)
1b. 25 Sledgehammer Swings
