ACCESSORY GIANT SET: 3 Rounds, Adding Weight Every Round
1a. 5 Pause Squats (3 Count Pause in the hole)
1b. 5 "Z" Presses

EVENTS: At the Top of Every Minute for 12 Minutes, complete a 100 Foot Yoke walk @ 70% of your 1RM.
