Stone Over Bar

Part 1
Take 20 Minutes to find your 1RM Stone over Bar

Part 2
Take 75% of that Max Stone weight and complete 3 Rounds of
As Many Loads As Possible, over a 54" Bar in :60 Seconds

1 Minute rest between Rounds

Part 3 
Drop to the next lower stone weight and complete 3 Rounds
Get as far as you can up the ladder until time runs out.
1 Stone Load Over a 54" Bar
1 Burpee
2 Stone Loads Over a 54" Bar
2 Burpees

Continue to add reps until your 60 Seconds runs out. Try to beat the same number of reps you performed in part 2 of this Workout.  Also 60 seconds rest between rounds
