STRENGTH GIANT SET: 7 Rounds, Adding weight every round
1a. 3 Deadlifts
1b. 3 Barbell Bent Over Rows
1c. 3 Barbell Flat bench Presses
1d. 10 Ab Wheel Rollouts
Rest :90 Seconds 

ACCESSORY GIANT SET: 5 Rounds, Adding Weight Every Round
1a. 5 Double Pause Deadlifts
1b. 5 Plate Loaded Reverse Hypers

EVENTS: 5 Rounds of Reverse Sled Drags
Have a pile of 45lbs Plates (the amount of weight your are planning to drag) stacked at the starting line and and empty sled 50 feet away.  At the command of "Go", shuttle run all of your weights down to the sled and load them.  (Take as many trips as needed).  Once the sled is leaded, reverse drag them all of the way back to the starting line.  Time stops when the sled passes has traveled the required 50 feet.  

5 Rounds, try to beat your time or increase the load every round.
