MONDAY, 14DECEMBER2015 - Work For Today
Wave 3/Week 7/Day 1

CONDITIONING - At the top of Every Minute for 12 Minutes
100 Foot Keg Carry
 2 Burpees

STRENGTH - Take 20 Minutes to work up to a 1RM Front Squat for the Day

Then drop the weight to 80% of your top set and complete 3 Rounds of the following:
5 Front Squats
3 Meter Butt Walk

STRONGMAN - Car Deadlift Add/Drop Set
6 Reps Per Set, Making Whatever weight jumps you want.
Once you ramp up to a top set, make the same jumps back down to your starting weight.
