10 Wide Grip Pull-Ups

STRENGTH 
Take 20 Minutes to work up to a 1RM Double Overhand Axle Clean

Then take 70% of your top set and perform 5 Rounds of the Following Giant Set
4 Double Over Hand Axle Cleans
50 Foot Backwards Sled Drag (As Heavy As Possible)
Sprint 400 Meters
