Wave 2/ Week 1/ Day 2

STRONGMAN EVENTS - 10, 50 Foot Yoke Walks
If your run took you less than 9 Seconds, Add Weight.  If it took longer than 11 Seconds, subtract weight.  Continue to manipulate the yoke weight for all 10 Runs. 
STRENGTH - Take 20 Minutes to Work up to a 1RM Floor Press for the Day.
Then complete 3 Sets of 5 Floor Presses @80% of your top set from above.

ACCESSORY - 3 Rounds
30 Single Arm Dumbbell Rows (Each Side)
15 Handstand Push-Ups (or Pike Push-Ups)
15 Glute Ham Raise Sit-Ups
