SPEED
At the Top of Every Minute for 10 Minutes Complete 3 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls and 3 Clean & Presses @ 60% of your 1RM Overhead press.  (1 Clean/3 Presses)

STRONGMAN EVENTS - 3 Rounds
:60 Seconds Max Effort Atlas Stone over Bar for reps.  Stone should be approximately 70% of your 1RM Stone.
