STRENGTH - 6 Rounds
5 Barbell Bent Over Rows
5 incline Log Bench Presses
10 Kettlebell Side Bends

STRONGMAN EVENTS
Work up to a 1RM Zercher Yoke Carry

Then drop the Weight by 50% and Complete 10 - 100 Foot Carries in 7 Minutes
