10 - 50 Foot Yoke Walks.  Go as heavy as you can, staying within the allotted time limits.  
If your 50 foot run takes you less than 8 Seconds from pick-up to drop, add weight.
If it take you more than 11 Seconds, Drop weight.
Continue to manipulate the weight until you accumulate 10 Runs.
