STRONGMAN CONDITIONING - For 12 Minutes
ODD MINUTES - 6 Tire Flips (2 Man Teams)
EVEN MINUTES - 15 Dimel Deadlifts @ 50% of your 1RM
Last Man Standing Deadlift Party. We will be using this competition to find our new 1RMs.
Athletes must receive a "down" command and no dropping of the bar will be permitted.
Once you have found your 1RM for the day, drop the weight to 70% of your heaviest set and perform AMRAP sets (Taking 2 Minutes of rest between sets) until you hit 25 total reps.
Show up with intention and a number to hit in your head. This day is all about performance on demand and being strong even when you don't feel like it. Remember, "A man can only be beaten in two ways, if he gives up or he dies."
