Wave 5 - TESTING WEEK

CONDITIONING - 10 Rounds
100 Foot Prowler Sprints.  

STRENGTH
You have 30 Minutes to work up and find a 1RM Overhead Press.  You can go out of a rack or clean the weight.  You can use a barbell, log, axle, keg or circus Dumbbell.  Shoot for whatever is the most important to you.  Choose your jumps carefully and NEVER tie and old PR.  

Once you have found your heaviest set of the day, drop back to 70% and complete 5 Rounds of the following Giant Set
5 Weighted Pull-Ups
5 Overhead Presses (Mimicking the exercise you attempted a PR on)
5 - 50 Foot Keg Carries
