Wave 5 - TESTING WEEK

STRONGMAN CONDITIONING - Complete the Full Ladder
10 Atlas Stone to Shoulder
1 Bodyweight Man Maker
9 Atlas Stone to Shoulder
2 Bodyweight Man Makers
8 Atlas Stone to Shoulder
3 Bodyweight Man Makers
7 Atlas Stone to Shoulder
4 Bodyweight Man Makers
6 Atlas Stone to Shoulder
5 Bodyweight Man Makers

...Continue this pattern Until you have completed ALL reps of the ladder.  If you are having trouble with he math in your head, just make sure that your total reps (from both exercises combined) equals 11 Reps every Round.

STRENGTH - TESTING
You have 30 Minutes to Attempt to beat your current Squat, Pause Squat or SSB Squat PR.  (Choose whichever exercise is the most important to you.) Complete 10 Knees to Elbows between each attempt.

ACCESSORY
Once you have found a top set for the day (Hopefully a New PR!), drop back and complete a Max Effort Set @ 70% of your heaviest weight.
  
Rest 2 Minutes and perform another Max Effort Set.

Rest 2 More minutes and continue to perform max effort sets until you have reached 25 Total Reps @ 70% of your heaviest weight of the day.
