At the Top Of Every Minute For 10 Minutes Complete 3 Front Squats.  Attempt to add weight to as Many rounds As Possible in order to set a new 3RM.

At the Top Of Every Minute For 10 Minutes Complete 3 Log or Axle Clean & Presses (Clean Every Rep).  Attempt to add weight to as Many rounds As Possible in order to set a new 3RM.
