50 Foot Forward Bear Crawl
50 Foot Backward Bear Crawl
50 Foot Forward Gator Walk
50 Foot Backward Gator Walk
50 Foot Forward Crab Walk
50 Foot Backward Crab Walk
150 Foot Keg Carry

STRENGTH - At the Top of Every 2:00 Minutes for 12 Rounds Complete:
3 Deadlifts.  Add weight Every Round Until You hit a 3RM.  After you have completed your reps and added your weight, hold plank position until it is time to go again.
