3 Barbell Bent Over Rows
3 Floor Presses @ 62% of your 1RM
…Continue adding reps in this manner until you run out of time.

STRENGTH - 7 Rounds
2 Deadlifts @ 82% of Your 1RM
7 Barbell Ab Roll-outs

Then, At the Top of Every 2 Minutes for 6 Rounds Complete 4 Squats @ 72% of your 1RM
