Wave 3/Day 7

CONDITIONING - As Many Rounds As Possible in 15 Minutes  
5 Stone to Shoulder
3 Squats @ 75% of your 1RM

STRENGTH
7 Sets of 2 Deadlifts 85% of your 1RM Deadlift.  Each rep should be performed from a dead stop.
2 Minutes Rest Between Rounds

EVENTS - 5 Rounds
Max Effort Farmer's Handle holds.  At least bodyweight in each hand.  Pick up the implements and hold for as long as possible.  Once you drop them, rest a strict 1 Minute and attempt to beat your best time.
