STRENGTH
6 Sets of 2 Convential Deadlifts @ 85% of your 1RM. 
:90 Seconds Rest between Sets
On your last set, complete as many reps as Possible

GIANT SETS - Then 5 Rounds, Adding Weight Every Round
2 Farmer’s Walk Handle Deadlifts
8 Good Mornings
10 Glute Ham Raise Sit-Ups

Finish with 2" Axle Deficit Deadlifts (3" Deficit) @ 60% of your 1RM. 
Set a Clock for 6 Minutes and get as many reps as you can in that time.
