CONDITIONING
10 Rounds
Run 300 Meters Holding a 35lb Medicine Ball
10 "L" Sit Pull-Ups
10 Thrusters with 80% of your Bodyweight on the bar

STRENGTH - Squat Cleans
Begin with a moderate weight on the bar and complete 2 Squat Cleans.  
Every minute on the minute, add 10 lbs and complete 2 reps until you can no longer continue
