SUNDAY, 21SEPTEMBER2014 - Work For Today

CONDITIONING
Begin in standing position.  
Drop and complete 1 Push-up and 1 Bodweight Squat.  Stand Back up.
Drop and complete 2 Push-ups and 2 Bodweight Squats.  Stand Back up.
Drop and complete 3 Push-ups and 3 Bodweight Squats.  Stand Back up.

Continue this pattern until your fail on the Push-Ups

Then Load a Barbell with 45% of your Bodyweight and complete:
10 Thrusters
1 Burpee Lateral Jump
9 Thrusters
2 Burpee Lateral Jumps
8 Thursters
3 Burpee Lateral Jumps

Continue this Ladder all of the way down until you complete 1 Thurster / 10 Burpee Lateral Jumps

STRENGTH
On Deadlifts, work your way up to 80% of your 1RM with doubles.  Then Complete:
1 Rep @ 90% of your 1RM
1 Rep @ 92.5% of your 1RM
1 Rep @ 95% of your 1RM
