TUESDAY, 16SEPTEMBER2014 - Work For Today

CONDITIONING - Complete as Many Rounds As Possible in 10 Minutes

Start flat on your back with a heavy kettlebell.  Complete a turkish Get-Up.  Once in the standing position complete 5 Overhead Squats.  Work your way back to the floor (Turkish Get-Up style). Switch hands and do the same thing on the other side.  Continue to do this until your 10 Minutes has Run Out. 

3 Sets of 6 Flat Bench Presses @ 80% of your 1RM.
Hold a Plank position for 2 Minutes between rounds as your "Rest"

GIANT SETS - 5 Rounds, Adding Weight Every Round
8 Bent Over Barbell Rows
5 Log Incline Bench Presses
5 Weighted Dips
10 Toes to Bar
40 Double Unders
