Run 300 Meters Holding a 25lb Medicine Ball
5 Stone Loads to a 54" Platform (Move Up Weight if Possible)
20 Ring Dips
20 Ring Push-Ups
20 Burpees
Run 300 Meters Holding a 25lb Medicine Ball
5 Stone Loads to a 54" Platform (Move up again if possible)
15 Ring Dips
15 Ring Push-Ups
15 Burpees
Run 300 Meters Holding a 25lb Medicine Ball

STRENGTH
Take 20 Minutes to find your 1RM Bench Press. Complete 5 Bent Over Rows and 8 Toes to Bar Between Attempts.
