50 Feet of Walking Lunge Curtis P’s (At Least 80% of your bodyweight on the bar)
Run 400 Meters

STRENGTH
3 Sets of 5 Conventional Deadlifts @ 85% of your 1RM. Complete 2 Minutes of Flutter Kicks between Sets
 
GIANT SETS 
Complete 5 Rounds, Adding Weight Every Round

5 Stiff Legged Deadlifts
5 Good Mornings
10 Ring Pull-Ups
10 Ring Handstand Push-Ups
10 Barbell Rollouts
