70 Meter Sled Drag
70 Meter Farmer's Walk Carry

Rest 1 Minute

As Many Rounds As Possible in 6 Minutes
40 Sledge Hammer Swings
5 Tire Flips

Rest 1 Minute

As Many Rounds As Possible in 6 Minutes
5 Sandbag Loads onto a 54" Platform
25 Kettlebell Swings

STRENGTH
Take 20 Minutes To Work Up to 90% of your 1RM Squat

Then Load a Bar with 40% of that number and complete:
Minute 1: 2 Squats
Minute 2: 4 Squats
Minute 3: 6 Squats
Continue to add 2 reps every minute until you can no longer keep up with the Clock
