Use the Remainder of the Minute to Complete As Many Dumbbell Snatches As Possible.  Continue to do this until you hit 100 Total reps of Dumbbell Snatches -- Alternate Arms Each Round.

STRENGTH
6 Sets of 2 Squats @ 80% of your 1RM. 
Strict 1:00 Minute Rest Between Rounds

GIANT SETS
5 Rounds, Adding Weight Every Round
2 Front Squats @ 80% of your 1RM
10 Seated Good Mornings
10 Standing Ab Wheel Roll-Outs
