CONDITIONING
At the Top of Every 90 Seconds for 15 Rounds
5 Burpees
5 Squats
5 Push-Ups
20 Mountain Climbers
20 Jumping Jacks

STRENGTH
At the top of Every :30 Seconds perform 1 Ground to Overhead with a Keg as close to your bodyweight as possible.
Do this for 15 Minutes / 30 Reps

Then Load a Barbell with Your bodyweight or 40% of your 1RM Deadlift (Choose which ever number is higher) and Complete:
Minute 1: 1 Deadlift
Minute 2: 2 Deadlifts
Minute 3: 3 Deadlifts

Continue this pattern until you can no longer keep up with the clock.
