Saturday, 23AUGUST2104 - Work For Today

TIRE MEDLEY - Complete all 10 Sets for 3 Rounds
5 Flips With A Lighter Tire
4 Flips With a Heavier tire
3 Flips With an even Heavier tire
2 Flips With an even Heavier tire then the previous set
1 Flip With the Heaviest tire you can handle
Rest 1 Minute
Then Walk back down the ladder with the same tires/number of flips that you walked up with (1 Flip followed by 2 Flips, flowed by 3 flips etc...)

Then Take 30 Minutes to Complete the Following:
100 Foot Yoke Walk (Adding Weight every round until you hit your max run for the day)
100 Foot Farmer's Walk (Adding Weight every round until you hit your max run for the day)
