Wall Crawls
Chest to Bar Pull-Ups x2 (9 = 18 Reps)
Double Unders x3 (7 = 21)
Deficit Push-Ups x4 6 = 24)

STRENGTH
3 Sets of 8 Squats @ 70% of your 1RM.  Strict 2 Minute Rest Between Rounds

Then, In Front of a Running Clock
Minute 1: 2 Front Squats @ 70% of your 1RM
Minute 2: 4 Front Squats @ 70% of your 1RM
Minute 3: 6 Front Squats @ 70% of your 1RM
Continue this Pattern until you can no longer keep up with the clock.
