Saturday, 02AUGUST2014 - Work For Today

Add weight every round for at least 6 Rounds until you find your 1RM - 140 Foot Yoke Walk.  

Once you have completed your 1RM walk for the day, Load the yoke with 80% of that number.  Then Complete 1 - 60 Foot Carry at the top of every minute for 10 Minutes.

Finish with 100 Glute Ham Raises.  Break these up into whatever reps/sets you want, just make every rep perfect.
