:30 Seconds Battle Ropes
:30 Seconds Rest

STRENGTH
Every Minute on the Minute Perform 6 Sets of 2 Conventional Deadlifts @ 80% of your 1RM.

Once the 6 Minutes is up, rest 2 Minutes and Complete
As Many Reps As Possible @ 80% of your 1RM
