In Front of a Running Clock
Minute 1: 1 Pull-Up + 1 Viper Press
Minute 2: 2 Pull-Ups + 2 Viper Presses
Minute 3: 3 Pull-Ups + 3 Viper Presses
Continue to add Reps Each minute Until you can no longer keep up with the clock.

Then, Take as Many Sets as Needed to Work up to a Squat with 95% of your 1RM on the Bar. 

Between Sets complete
10 Meter Handstand Walk
3 Meter Butt Walk
8 Plate Around the Head (Each Side)
10 Sandbag Loads to a 54” Platform 

Finish the Workout by Loading A Bar with 55% of your 1RM Front Squat.  Then perform 15 Rounds
3 Speed Front Squats
Rest 15 Seconds
