150 feet Farmer's Walks with Your Bodyweight in each hand 
 
Then Complete 2 Reps of Log Clean & Press Every Minute on the Minute for 8 Minutes with 85% Of your 1RM on the Log 

Finally, 4 Rounds Adding Weight Every Round 
5 Weighted Pull-Ups 
10 Weighted Dips
3 Continental Clean & Press with a 2" Axle Bar (Each Rep Started From the floor)
20 Windshield Wipers (Each Side)
