At the top of Every :90 Seconds Complete 3 Incline Log Bench Presses. Increase weight each round until you hit a 3RM for that day.
After you have found your 3RM for today, load the log with 70% of that number and Complete 3 Rounds of the Following:
10 Incline Log Bench Presses
10 Plyometric Push-Ups onto 18" Jump Boxes
10 Standing Cable Crunches
Then Set a Treadmill at a minimum of 10mph and get a mouthful of water. Complete 8 Minutes of :20 Seconds Sprinting / :10 Seconds Rest...Hold the water in your mouth for the entirety of this challenge. Spit it out after you have reached the 8 Minutes.
Finally, Complete 100 Ring Dips. But Every time you have to drop off the rings, complete 20 Windshield Wipers as penalty.
