20 Squat Cleans with 80% of your Bodyweight on the bar
Run 400 Meters
15 Pull-Ups
15 Squat Cleans with 80% of your Bodyweight on the bar
Run 400 Meters
10 Pull-Ups
10 Squat Cleans with 80% of your Bodyweight on the bar
Run 400 Meters

Then Perform an Appropriate Warm-Up.  Once you feel ready
Complete 1 Deadlift @ 90% of Your 1RM
Complete 1 Deadlift @ 92.5% of Your 1RM
Complete 1 Deadlift @ 95% of Your 1RM

Then Complete 4 Rounds, Adding Weight Every Round
3 Deficit Deadlifts (4" Deficit)
10 Toes to Bar
60 Meter Sandbag Carry (Bear Hug Position)
100 Foot Farmer’s Walk
