As Many Rounds As Possible in 15 Minutes 
5 - 30" Box Jumps 
5 - Pull-Ups 
5 - Clapping Push-Ups 
5 - Burpee Pull-Ups 

 
Then Complete 6 sets of Conventional Deadlifts with 80% of your 1RM Strict 1 Minute Rest periods between Sets 

Then perform 6 Rounds 
2 Farmer's Walk Deadlifts @ 80% of your 1RM 
10 Ab Wheel Rollouts
Max Effort Krock Rows (Each Side)
5 Stiff Legged Deadlifts with a 2" Axle Bar @ 70% Of your 1RM
