Dumbbell Clean & Press - Single Arm Dumbbell Overhead Squat - Reverse Dumbbell Turkish Get-Up (Right Side) 
Dumbbell Clean & Press - Single Arm Dumbbell Overhead Squat - Reverse Dumbbell Turkish Get-Up (Leftt Side) 

* Perfom a Dumbbell Clean & Press, at the top of the movement go directly into a Single Arm Dumbbell Overhead Squat, then at the top of that movement work your way to the ground and back up Turkish Get-Up Style. This equal 1 Repetition. 

Then Complete 5 Rounds, Adding Weight Every Round 
5 Squats
5 Barbell Bent Over Rows 
5 Barbell Flat Bench 
20 Jack Knives
