Deck of Card Workout: Perform the number of rep corresponding with the number on the card. Face Cards = 10 Reps, Aces = 11.

Hearts: Burpee Broad Jumps 
Spades: Gator Walks x2 (7 = 14 "Steps") 
Diamonds: Jumping Lunges x2 - Each Side 
Clubs: Double Unders x3 (8 = 24) 
Joker 1: 4 Minute Plank 
Joker 2: 4 Minutes of Hollow Rocks
